To reserve a room at the group rate you must book your room with your registration, or you can add your room after your registration.

Rates are per room per night, and include occupancy tax. Rates are for single or double occupancy; up to two more guests under the age of 12 are no additional charge. The 3rd and 4th adult persons in the room are $39/each per night that can be paid directly to the hotel.  
Gratuities and Service Charges payable directly to the hotel; Bellman $9.00USD per person round trip and Housekeeping $6.00USD per room, per day. There is no resort fee for this program

Deluxe Standard View Guest Room 1 King or 2 Queens at $469/night + tax
Deluxe Ocean View, 1 king or 2 queens at $519/night + tax
Garden View Suite at 599/night + tax
Ocean View Suite at $699/night + tax
Ocean Front Suite at $799/night + tax
Current tax rate is: 13%

Each registered attendee may reserve up to two rooms or 1 suite and 1 room. If you need additional rooms or suites, please register another person in your party as a non-attendee. You can do this by adding a registrant and to this registration and selecting the non-attendee rate of $1095.00.

Terms & Agreements

Cancellations received at least 30 days in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee or may be exchanged for their full value for a voucher for future use for any live, webinar, or on-demand course that takes place within 13 months of the canceled course.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course are non-refundable but may be exchanged for their full value for a voucher for future use for any live, webinar, or on-demand course that takes place within 13 months of the canceled course.

Acts of God and Event Cancellation: CME Science is not responsible for event cancellation in the event of an act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods, war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, or act of foreign enemies, government restrictions and pandemics.
