Room Reservations

To reserve a room at the group rate you must book your room with your registration, or you can add your room after your registration.

Rates are per room per night, and include occupancy tax. Rates are for single or double occupancy; up to two more guests under the age of 19 are no additional charge. The 3rd and 4th adult persons in the room are additional fees and that can be paid directly to the hotel. A reduced resort fee of $40.00/night plus tax will be payable directly to the hotel. Standard View Guest Room, Garden View, 1 King or 2 Queens at $439/night + tax
Resort View, 1 King or 2 Queens at $469/night + tax
Partial Ocean View, 1 King or 2 Queens $509/night + tax
Deluxe Ocean View, 1 King or 2 Queens at $569/night + tax
Standard View Suite at $899/night + tax - 5 night minimum

Current tax rate is:
State of Hawaii: 10.25%
County of Kauai: 3.00%
State Excise Tax: 4.712%

Each registered attendee may reserve up to two rooms or 1 suite and 1 room. If you need additional rooms or suites, please register another person in your party as a non-attendee. You can do this by adding a registrant and to this registration and selecting the non-attendee rate of $1095.00.
