Room Reservations

To reserve a room at the group rate you must book your room with your registration.
Rates are per room per night, and include occupancy tax. Rates are for single or double occupancy; up to two more guests under the age of 19 are no additional charge. The 3rd and 4th adult persons in the room are additional fees and that can be paid directly to the hotel. A daily reduced resort fee of $20.00/night plus tax will be payable directly to the hotel. Residential Garden View Suite, at 899/night (5 night Minimum)
900 sq ft,1 King, 1 Sofabed, Kitchenette, can connect to a resort view room to make it a 2-bedroom suite. You would select the suite and then a second room, which would be the resort view. Description HERE

All room rates above are exclusive of State and local taxes, currently at 18.91% total, subject to change. A discounted resort fee of $30.00 per night is payable directly to the hotel. Additional Fees payable directly to the hotel (Baggage Handling (Porterage): $11.00 plus tax, per person, based on two movements. Golf Bag Handling: $1.00 per bag, per movement, plus tax. Overnight Valet: $50.00 plus tax, per night. Room Delivery (non-food): $2.50 in room delivery plus $2.00 per additional item delivered at the same time, plus tax, mandatory; $1.50 under door delivery, mandatory)

Two-bedroom suite rates can be calculated by adding the price of a garden view residential suite to a deluxe room resort view in the same category. Rooms are sold first-come, first-served and may sell out early, and the cutoff date to book is June 4th, 2027 but every year has been selling out by mid-May

Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty members will earn points on all eligible hotel purchases, including dining, beverages, spa services,but will NOT earn points on the discounted group room rate paid per night.

Each registered attendee may reserve up to two rooms or 1 suite and 1 room. 

If you need additional rooms or suites, please register another person in your party as a non-attendee.
