  • Each registrant is allowed 2 regular rooms or 1 suite and 1 regular room.
    If Booking more than 1 suite or more than 2 rooms, we must receive a non-attendee registration in addition to your course registration.

Run of the house rooms for $589/night + taxes
One-Bedroom Residential Suite for $919/night + taxes- 5 night minimum
(1 king bedroom, pull out sofa in living room, full kitchen)
Club Executive Suite for $1,100/night+ taxes-7 night minimum

There is a $30.00 resort fee per night plus tax paid directly to the Resort and
if parking onsite a $50.00/night valet parking fee.
Additional Hotel Charges: Baggage: $10.00 per person, in and out
Daily Housekeeping Attendant Fee of $3.00
Ski/Snowboard/Boots: $6.00 per ski/snowboard roundtrip

Please Note: Rooms are highly discounted off the hotel going rates;
The hotel will work to accommodate special room requests but as we arrive during the very busy holiday season; special requests cannot be guaranteed including bed type, connecting rooms, & room location.
Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty members will earn points on all eligible hotel purchases, including dining, beverages, spa services, but will NOT earn points on the discounted group room rate paid per night. Bonvoy loyalty members will receive credit toward their elite status for the number of nights stayed.

**Please note that a two night deposit will be required to secure your reservation. 
The remaining amount will be charged on November 14, 2023 to the card on file.**

A minimum 2-night room deposit per room reserved is required at the time of the reservation. All deposits are refundable less a 4% credit card processing fee up until November 19, 2024. After November 19, the deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due on NOVEMBER 19, 2024.  After November 19, 2024, all deposits and full payments are non-refundable. Trip insurance is recommended for unforeseen cancellations that may not be covered by your credit card issuer.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel policy is full refund on room reservations, less a 4% credit card processing fee, if canceled by November 14, 2024 . No refunds for any cancellations or changes after November 14, 2024. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Terms & Agreements

Course registration cancellation received at least 30 days in advance is subject to a $100 cancellation fee or may be exchanged for the full value for a voucher for future use for any live, webinar, or on-demand course that takes place within 13 months of the canceled course.

Course registration cancellation received less than 30 days before the start of the course is non-refundable but may be exchanged for the full value for a voucher for future use for any live, webinar, or on-demand course that takes place within 13 months of the canceled course.
