Cancellations received in writing up to 21 days prior to the course will receive a refund less a $100.00 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that time. Cancellations received after 21 days before the course start date are non-refundable but are transferable to a future course.

Webinar access is available for 4 months after the conclusion of the live presentations. CME credit must be claimed within 1 month after the course concludes.
