Run of the house rooms for $525/night ( this includes taxes ).
One-Bedroom Residential Suite for $825/night (this includes taxes) 
Club Level Executive Suite for $980/night ( this includes taxes )
There will be a $25/night resort fee that is to be paid directly to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel policy is full refund on room reservations if canceled at least 30 days before arrival and no refunds within 30 days. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

If you would like to mail in your check payment registration, please complete this online registration and select check as payment, then mail your check (made payable to CME Science) to the address below with a print out of your registration. If you would like to fax in your credit card payment registration instead of using this online form, please download the conference brochure and use the registration form in the brochure.

Terms & Agreements

Note: New fee-waived booking policy. Registrations made by December 31st can cancel registrations without fees up to 21 days before a course and can transfer to another course fee-waived up to the day of the course.
